Space Study

“There are more trees on Earth than stars in the milky way”. Have you ever come across this quote? Yes it’s true. Don’t you know that space is all about fun facts? Some people may feel that space is such a boring topic. But no it’s not! Space is something which is silent and peaceful, which we don’t find much in here. Why do you think that almost every kid dreams of going to space? Because it keeps us fascinated, when we keep interest in that particular topic.

Space is not only about planets. It’s a lot more. There are asteroids, comets, meteors, Kuiper belt objects etc. I feel that space is the easiest topic. It’s all about discovery and adventure. I am also jealous of astronomers because they get a chance to explore glamorous objects. They are very lucky. Do you know that there are different types of astronomers? Yes they are Mission Specialist astronomers and Pilot astronomers.

Yuri Gagarin from the Soviet Union was the first human in space. On November 3 1957, a dog named Laika was the first creature to launch on Earth’s orbit. But unfortunately she died in space. She was not only the first dog to launch in space but the Soviet Union launched two dogs named Dezik and Tsygan in 1951.

An astronaut named Mark Watney was the one of the first people to walk on Mars. Rakesh Sharma who is 74 years (at present) was the first Indian to get into space. He was also the first Indian to go to NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). Oliver Daemen was the first youngest person to get into space at the age of 26 years.

On 16 June 1963, Valentina Tershkova was the first Woman to get to space. These are the reasons why I am Jealous of astronauts. I want those who read this to get inspired. So I want to say that it never depends on what you study, it only depends on what you explore and discover. Just understand the meaning of it.

Space is not about a clear sky, it has a deep meaning in it. It’s never sufficient when we talk about space!
