Ms. Madhavi Sirigireddy serves as Board of Director at Candor International School, Bengaluru. She is a performance-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in human resource management, recruiting, corporate and employment laws. Ms Madhavi is a strategy architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities. She is also a creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker, who efficiently balances the needs of the employees with the mission of the organization through strong communication, interpersonal relationships, mentoring and organizational skills.

Mr. Sridhar is an engineer by qualification along with a strong passion towards education. His many years of association with Education is evident from the offices he has held in various educational institutions such as Director of Ivy League School, Hyderabad , Member of the Board of Management and President -Parent Teachers Association, Baldwin’s Girls High School; President – Old Baldwinian Association, Baldwin Boys High School, and Member of the Board of Management, Methodist College, Bangalore. He is presently Dean of Administration at Candor International School, Bangalore and member of the Senior Management Team. He has been with Candor from its inception. With a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, he has had a varied professional experience. He has been the Managing Director of Elgin Electric flour Mills, Bangalore, India; Manager HR of Galaxy Software, Bangalore, India; Chief Executive of Ramada Inn, Ogdensburg, USA and Managing Partner of Route 9 Ventures, New Jersey USA.
